Category: Chassis, universal boxDescription: Hammond 1455 The Hammond 1455 series aluminum box shell features a rolled aluminum body and two easy to process, black solid ABS end plates with integrated seat rings. These shells are designed to hold P.C. boards or for device interfaces. Designed to hold P.C. boards or for equipment interfaces, suitable for standard Eurocards sizes, the internal slot of the box can be slid in and pressed into, allowing for horizontal printed circuit board installation. The housing includes two black solid plastic end plates with integrated seat rings. The sturdy body is made of rolled aluminum and has a minimum thickness of 1.5mm. The rolled body includes a sliding detachable web plate, except for smaller sizes (A, B, C, and D) which are circular and more ergonomic. The handheld design DIN rail clamp and flange kit are sold separately.
